The hotel was so good with its fine hotel and peaceful atmosphere. The rooftop terrace in our room was a real treat, offering all-day sun and private access. The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short stroll away from major attractions. We also enjoyed the excellent three-course lunch included in our stay, with fresh and classic flavors. The staff provided really good service, always helpful and courteous.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all the major attractions, including the main square and the Kotoubiya mosque. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with a separate terrace offering incredible views of the Atlas mountains. The bathroom is equipped with fluffy towels and heavenly scented toiletries. The service provided by the staff is faultless, always accommodating and attentive. The breakfast and lunch options are delicious, and the restaurant by the pool offers a memorable dining experience. The laundry service is included and always prompt.
The attitude of one staff member towards Asian customers seems biased and cold, which is disappointing for a luxury trip.

Incredible staff, stunning venue, and peaceful atmosphere. Three unique courtyards with traditional elements. Privacy ensured as hotel is closed to external visitors. Spectacular views from rooftop, especially at sunset. Exceptional attention to detail throughout, from fresh juice to beautiful toiletries.

This hotel was a luxury oasis in the midst of a busy and rough city. the courtyards and gardens were stunning, with beautifully planted trees and flowers. the attention to detail was impressive, with fresh roses decorating the fountains each day and floating candles at night. the food was amazing, and the package deal that included breakfast, lunch, and dinner was a great value.
The only minor issue was the Spa experience which was rushed and slightly confusing.
